    Observation: MT Cup is currently listed as the service base for this mobile food business. A phone call was made to the owner of the MT Cup to confirm this arrangement on 10/21/2015. During the conversation the owner of the MT Cup indicated that this business did not use MT Cup for any food storage only for washing and sanitizing of equipment.
    Correction: Please be advised that food products including pancake mix and frozen sausages are not allowed to be stored in a private home. If you are using your private home for this practice it must be stopped immediately and other arrangements made. Food is not allowed to be stored or prepared in a private home.
  • OPERATING WITHOUT A PERMIT
    Observation: Food establishment is operating without a valid permit from the department. The license is currently held by Hillabeans LLC which was administratively dissolved in 2010. A new license has not been obtained under the new Uncle Pancake LLC. Please complete the enclosed application form with the correct information. There is no charge for this change as the registered agent for both corporations is the same.

    Observation: It was observed that volunteers were not trained on duties, employee health, handwashing, temperatures or other information necessary to safely prepare and serve food.
    Correction: The person in charge shall provide training to employees and all VOLUNTEERS on employee health, handwashing, barehand contact, temperatures, etc....at each event. Correct By: 20-Oct-2014
