Observation: Wiping cloths used for wiping counters stored on numerous food prep surfaces in kitchen.

Observation: The food prep sink and food working table at 1 door prep cooler are directly adjacent to the handwash sink in the kitchen with no splash protection shielding on side of sink. Food is subject to cross-contamination.
Correction: Store food in areas not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination - install splash shields on both sides of handwash sink. Correct By: 28-Aug-2015

Observation: The dry goods, bread crumbs and potatoe chips are stored on the floor in the basement storage rooms.
