Observation: Food/clean dishes and utenils are subject to potential contamination by storage of mop bucket at 3 compartment sink drain board area and mop leaning on clean drain board at 3 compartment sink.
Ice scoop canister is stored in clean ice in bulk beverage ice bin.
Correction: Change methods or procedures to protect foods from contamination - move mop and mop bucket and store away from clean dishwashing sinks and store in a contaminated area suited for mop and mop bucket.
Store only clean scoop in bulk beverage ice bin or store ice scoop outside bulk ice bin in a clean container. Correct By: 25-May-2015

Observation: The the handwashing water source is incapable of meeting the peak demands of the food establishment by indadequate water pressure at handwash sink in food prep area.
Correction: Provide an adequate water pressure at employee hand wash sink that will meet the peak demands of this facility. Correct By: 19-Jun-2014

Observation: The celery use for soup preparation was observed stored on drain board to three compartment sink. Also, mop and mop bucket was observed stored directly adjacent to bulk ice machine in food prep area.
Correction: Store food in areas not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination. Correct By: 19-Jun-2014

Observation: Light located in food prep area is missing an end cap.
Correction: Provide shielded, coated, or otherwise shatter resistant light bulbs with end caps to totally enclose light bulb. Correct By: 19-Jun-2014
