The manager stated they were in the process of reheating with the steam table and more than 2 hours had passed. During the inspection the manager reheated the taco meat to 195°F.
Correction: Adjust procedures and methods to properly reheat food. Discussed that all leftovers shall be reheated to 165°F within 2 hours.
THERMOMETERS - FOOD - ACCURACY (corrected on site) Observation: Thermometer used in Continental cooler is not accurate to +/- 2°F.
Correction: Calibrate or replace thermometer.
HANDWASHING SIGNAGE (repeated violation) Observation: No handwashing signage provided at bathroom and kitchen handwashing sink.
