Observation: Cutting board in the kitchen is not able to be properly cleaned.
Correction: Provide non-food contact surfaces that are constructed of a corrosion resistant, nonabsorbent, and smooth materials.

Observation: Mulitple cooling units are in need for repair.
Correction: Maintain the physical facilities so they are in good repair at all times. Repair or replace walk-in cooler door, and top sheild for right prep line cooler.
- CLEANING, FREQUENCY AND RESTRICTIONS
Observation: The floors, walls, and under equiptment is soiled.
Correction: Clean the physical facilities at a frequency necessary to keep them clean.
- DRYING MOPS
Observation: Mops stored in mop bucket.
Correction: Store mops to allow them to air dry without soiling walls, equipment and supplies.
