    Observation: The refrigerator that is used to store yogurt packages does not have a thermometer.
    Correction: Equipment used for hot and cold holding shall be designed to include and shall be equipped with at least one integral or permanently affixed temperature measuring device. Monitor the thermometer daily to ensure the cooler is maintaining product at 41F or lower. Correct By: 13-Jul-2015

    Observation: The homestyle refrigerator is not ANSI certified or approved by the department. Potentially hazardous food, prepackaged yogurt, is being stored in the refrigerator.
    Correction: Unapproved equipment shall be removed from food service or a commercial NSF-ANSI approved refrigerator shall be used for potentially hazardous foods.
