Thanks for the suggestion!

We didn't have cable growing up, and I don't see why I need it now ...

I'll be commuting into uptown charlotte for school.
I'm having a hard time finding complexes listed online and Craigslist really only has houses out of my range ($500-650).
Would y'all please make some recommendations?
Oh, and I'm moving cross country from Colorado so all I have is online viewing/emails/phone calls.

Thanks a million!!
There are just a few apartment complexes in Fort Mill:

Palmetto Place
Peachtree Place
Bromley Village
Millcrest Park
The Commons at Fort Mill
Forest Ridge (all 3 BR, low income)

Can anyone else think of some?

Thanks for the helpful information, lovesmyroses .

Someone pointed me to Peachtree, and they look really great. The only thing with any apartment complex, is that *nothing* is included with the rent (e.g. gas, electric, water, trash). Might as well own my own home ...

In Fort Mill, $500-600 is not going to buy you much. For that matter, in Charlotte proper, it's likely not going to buy you anything you'd want to live in.

Sounds like you need to be looking for a roommate instead.
