I hope the appeals process doesn't drag on and on this time. It would be nice to get a hospital built sometime in the near future.

I think the proposed site for CMC is on Gold Hill Road, but don't hold your breath. I'm sure there will be more appeals. Sadly, I'm afraid Fort Mill won't get an hospital in my lifetime.

If Piedmont & Presbyterian really want to do what is best for the community, they won't appeal so we can get a hospital without having to wait another 10 years.

It will be on Sutton Rd. (exit 83)

I'm sure Presby and PMC will try to appeal, but it's up to the administrative judge whether it gets to that point again. So let's hope we get a judge who's sick and tired of all this garbage and puts the matter to bed so that CMC can begin building.

Piedmont Medical Center is appealing the DHEC decision. So we are looking at 3 to 6 more years depending on how the judge handles this appeal. I don't know about Presbyterian but I do know about PMC.
