I grew up in Wyoming...near the Big Horn's. The wind is in the ugly part of the state.
Near Casper, etc.
Worland is friendly enough..lived there. I would not say that Wyoming is a live and let live state though. I keep saying Cody for a more open-minded spot. I would
stay away from towns that don't bring new and diverse people in..either thru tourist's or colleges.
