I think he works with career advisers and recruiters. Which isn't a stressful job unless you are petty and infantile.

This is the quote of the year by far, coming from someone who comes on cd nearly daily to post a thread about how they can't cope with work.


That being said, you made a point. He took the job for a reason, if the pay wasn't good enough, why did he bother? And it's not like you can't figure out generally how the job is before the last interview.

The guy probably was the best and brightest to start with and decided that joblessness is better than being inconvenienced each day to come to work, probably like a few on this forum crying about no Tier 5.

Most sucky jobs don't stress that during the interview phase.

Do your clients even get jobs? Even ex-cons deserve to have some type of work. I doubt you are actually helping them in a caring manner.
