He didn't want to work with you or your dysfunctional co-workers. He had another job lined up that was much better IMHO.

Stupid people have a way of making simplistic routine tasks extremely convoluted, disorganized, and stressful. I've seen it happen before. Run for the hills.

How difficult can career advising be? That has to be the easiest job since librarian. Jesus Christ up in Heaven.
