A good friend of our family was killed in the 9/11 attacks...I am absolutely appalled by this comment.
Its a good thing for you that I heard you say this behind a computer screen and not in person.
I am very sorry for your loss, truly am.
But having worked in investing and finance for 6 years I can without a doubt almost everyone connected to wall street is a crook. Goldman Sachs is the worst. They get elected into presidential cabinet positions to make sure they can keep screwing the little man. They started high frequency trading that has made the markets run chaos. You know what we call GS.........golden slacks because once you are there you are set.
I am not advocating this, but with the amount of guns in this country I am surprised dirtbags like Madoff weren't killed by a screwed over private citizen. Take the recent example of MF Global or PFG futures stealing billions from their customers and no they are going to country club jail.
I can honestly say maybe 10% of Wall Street is ethical besides that they will run you down for a nickel.

GS has been on a layoff frenzy for the past 3 years. Me thinks they are even starting to screw their own.
But it's well known they are capable of "making" the market. Coca-cola even accused them of manipulating aluminum prices and betting they would rise. The claim is they did this by buying warehouses and creating a false bottleneck by deliberately holding shipments. Problem is they messed with the wrong mega corporation, because Coca-cola called them out on it.
Problem with the financial industry is they simply have too much control and power. They are capable of literally deciding the market. The destruction of regulations have turned the stock market into the wild west, and many American's retirements are caught in the cross fire.
Not true, they are honest. They freely admit they are selling their bodies for $$$, what's deceptive?
Excellent comment. While we may not think they are moral, they aren't necessarily unethical.
In addition to hurting themselves, I wonder what it would be like to be a part of their family, knowing that their kin does "the nasty" for pay ... and for the world to see.

Yes, but what is exactly immoral about doing "the nasty"? I would venture to guess most adults engage in the activity quite frequently. Frankly, I find nothing nasty or repulsive about the act itself. If anything, they are merely profiteering off an activity most of us do for free. Admittedly... I am quite envious
I think sometimes, we just take the world a bit to seriously. I would be more embarrassed if my kin was the Goldman Sacks guy manipulating the market to add to an already large pile of money, while ruining everyone else in the process.
