I agree that poloi3eai2's advice was great. Between a more cohesive resume tweaking (somehow tying all of your experiences together, ie: "customer service", etc...) and a GREAT, attention grabbing cover letter- that could be your foot in the door. That, and the numbers game... apply, apply, apply. And good luck to you. I know how terribly exasperating it is for anyone just starting out when everyone wants prior experience and yet no one wants to be the first to offer it. Usually you need to go with a start up company that doesn't have the financial where-with-all to afford a seasoned HR "pro" and would therefore be amenable to training a willing, albeit less experienced (and very underpaid) go-getter. But, once you have a couple of years under your belt at that low paying start up position--- you will have your experience and can take it with you as you move up in your career.
Finally, don't let the naysayers get you down. Some people have nothing better to do on these forums than scroll through them looking for someone else to beat down in some pathetic attempt to lift themselves up. Chin up, my friend!
