Even I have to admit that's pretty bad...lol. Hard to believe, really.

The odd thing is that when I visited England as a high school student in late Dec in the 80's, I can remember seeing a fair amount of sun and temps in the 50's - I thought the weather was pretty darned nice, especially for wintertime. Even in Edinburgh, I saw the sun, although it sure didn't stay above the horizon for very long...lol.

We have flooded, every day now for almost 2 weeks. I uploaded some pictrues to my profile of the flooding. It's caused by snow melt off the mountain. This year, snow pack was at almost 200%. I spoke to NOAA reps out of Billings and it looks like we're going to be flooded until after the 4th of july.

I am so sick and tired of filling and placing sand bags.

Very unhappy at the moment, bitter even. The longest night bonfire was too wet to burn. I've had enough of this wet warm winter. Only 70 hours of sunshine so far this month and no skiing yet . Give me a frosty winter any day. I feel like a bit of binge drinking may be in order.

Yes, it's been a very cloudy month so far for much of the country. Rainfall here this month is barely above average, but far too much of it has been in prolonged drizzly showers.

We're getting more rain, from last Wed. through today we've had over 8", very soggy, not good for the farmers, fields are a mess!

However, I think many places are dealing with way worse conditions from the posts I've read so I won't complain. I thought our temps were cool this Spring but many places seem to be having a less than normal stretch of weather, when one would expect it to be getting nice!

I'm sick and tired of this overcast weather. I've forgotten what blue sky looks like. The forecasts always say it will become "fine in the afternoon" but this never occurs. Plus we've had so many cold days with highs failing to get into the double digits (50+ F). Despite averaging about 2 C warmer than average I would consider this winter to date as being worse than average due to the gloominess.
