A few years ago, I had sleep paralysis episodes quite regularly. Around the summer of 2011 it was especially bad. It happened maybe once a week. Probably anxiety or something. It's been a while since I last had sleep paralysis, though. Probably not since 2011.

Roads are pretty awful around here. So incredibly icy. And although the sun's shining bright, it's not supposed to get above -9C, so the ice will likely stay. I actually tried going for a bike ride... bad idea. That didn't last long. I slid off my bike, but was able to land well so no injury.

Good luck. I fly out of Jackson, WY frequently and one day last year our plane wouldn't start at -29F. The diesel jump truck wouldn't start, either. They finally got it started after a 6 hour delay and it stalled right before we took off. We deplaned, waited another two hours and they got it going again. This time we took off. Only time I've ever been nervous flying.

Hopefully it won't be that bad. This will be my first time experiencing negatives. I can't imagine how it's going to feel!
