Well the upstairs had their washing machine on but not the vacuum cleaner so it would only be about a magnitude 4.5 equivalent I guess.

I have submitted 20 job applications and not got 1 offer . I have a reasonably high GPA with internship experience and basic research background. What more should I do to make employers up here hire me .

Laughable how netweather.tv's winter "forecast" consists of 2 diagrams and that's it.

No idea why I have an Australian 5 cent coin in my wallet. It's definitely not legal tender here, but it's probably been in circulation. Weird.

Lol that's pretty well described. Even the smallest pothole almost feels like this riding them. Overall, customers are well-behaved even here in da ghetto, though once a drunk hobo felt like it was okay to throw an empty beer can on the window 5 cm from my head.

Which job field are you trying to go in? Are they all in NJ?

I've had Canadian pennies as change on several occasions. One time, at my local gas station, I got a Bermuda coin talk about lucky!

I agree. You should ride the Greyhound here some time. Very cheap way to travel, but with the cheapness comes some unpleasant characters. City buses here aren't too bad, at least the ones I've ridden in
