There are still large parts of London still pretty poor looking. My college in clapham is located in a very gentrified area clapham which is in Lambeth. Neighbouring brixton has totally changed my area in Southwark isnt gentrified but I do see slight hints especially along the western back streets of Walworth road (good housing stock though its been like that for ages) but while walking down the high street I see a lot of middle class sophisticated types.
And peckham lol don't make me laugh.

I thought sections of inner London have a high poverty rate. A swath of the east side of London is rather poor:

Yes, that's true, but all inner London boroughs have high poverty rates, even Westminster.

It's nearly October and our houses and clothes are not suited for this weather. I mean come on it's 22c outside!!!

You don't live in Northern Ireland. It is autumn here now not summer!!!

Average high for today is 13c.

And of course it's gonna feel hot, it's like whenever it's below 0c all winter and it gets to 10c.
