Got my desk and chair all set up in my loft that overlooks the Rocky Mountains...Long's Peak and Twin Sisters. Good place to sit at my laptop and have a beautiful view. I love living in this town and this house...it's makes me very happy

UV of 10 is a very rare event here; most of the summer's UV is usually 8-9.

Severe t-storms forecast to develop around 3 pm (SAB and RichardW would probably like that )
