WO is good for Finland, while BBC sucks. I remember one day when the BBC said like 15C and partly cloudy, while it was something like 27C and clear skies.
BBC for Moscow seem to have only two modes: Oct-Apr like -10C all the time and May-Sep 30C all the time.

I hear this has coming to the Finnish spoken language as well. A football outfit is often referred to as ne on (they are), when the correct one is se on (it is). English is just everywhere!
Its called the BRITISH BROADCASTING SERVICE for a reason.
