maybe easier there than most first world countries if the police there don't care about speeding.

I did it myself too. I think I might need another can of the R134a, but before I do so I want to make sure mine isn't due to a leak. My commute today was way way way more pleasant having A/C.

Is it some kind of High Speed service. Only train I know averaging such speeds in America is the Acela.
