One thing I noticed about UK English (and I suppose, by extension, Australian and New Zealand English) is that you use the plural when referring to teams and companies; like whoever Argentina are facing, England are playing against Italy, etc.; instead of the US English whoever Argentina is facing, England is playing against Italy, etc.
So, my fellow Canadian brothers, do you guys say it like us, too?
