I lol when foreign people try to use English curse words... Like if you are going to learn a language why learn vulgar words?

I am down by 30.5 lb since last March. YAY !!!!!

Significantly slimmer, stronger, sexier, and healthier than a year ago.

I lost a pound and a half from my diet since last week too.

Lol all I did was stop eating loads of crisps and sweets!

I find that the first 10-15 lb are easy for you to lose, but from there on you have to be very persistent to ensure continued weight loss. As in many other things, Self control is the important thing one must learn on pursuing weight loss.

Losing 15 lbs sounds like a negative for me, I'd have to try rather hard to do that.

I dont want to deal with the problems of being overweight later on in life, so I started working out and keeping myself fit early on.

Losing weight is 20% exercise, 80% diet. Diet is certainly the part most people struggle with too. It's hard work being healthy when there's so much bad stuff around!
