Well it appears that the snow failed last night. We probably had some showers that melted when I was asleep. LOL for the people living at sea level though. Those poor coldies have been weeing themselves in anticipation for a snowflake and let down once again
Edit: Yeah we had snow showers overnight. Didn't see 'em tho.
Relieved the "arctic shot" whatever thingamajig has been overestimated. Now the high tomorrow is just a garden variety extreme 16F instead of the record setting 8 that was originally expected.
Its currently 1c in Tallahassee right now with a cold front passing through, not those small weak cold fronts Melbourne gets but a actual COLD front introducing much colder air.
Snow in Florida!? Serious bro? Been following the US weather lately, unbelievable how cold it is there. I am a warm weather fan, but to experience the sort of cold places like Chicago have been getting, the Great Lakes freezing over, I cant imagine what that would be like. Here we are about to enter a Sweatpalooza...
Yeah it has been a very cold January, earlier this month places like Nashville were having afternoon temps around 0 F and lows around -5 F and there was actually accumulation in parts of the Panhandle, not sure if we'll see any here though the precipitation looks to be far from over, and it's 28 F right now with a 20 F dew point.

Light coating of snow here. High of 19 F with sunshine. Tonight it will be 6 F.
I'm not complaining, I never thought I would see snow in Tallahassee.
