Coastal CT if everything turns out as it should, for a year. She's found a family that is apparently pretty loaded and wants her. She's working as a kindergarten assistant at the moment, but the contract ends in March. So she thought why not, being 19 and not really sure what she wants to study yet. Probably a great experience.

Some parts of coastal CT have lots $$, as there are lots of finance jobs there and some finance workers in Manhattan live there, too. Area might not be the most exciting for a young person, though it has decent access to NYC.

Well, she's the kind of suburban person who likes nature and not searching for the buzz of big cities, so quite the opposite, and I'm sure she'll have fun. She would've preferred the Midwest or the Pacific coast, as New England is the one area most similar to us. She was approached by a family earlier from the Seattle area, but they had a disabled kid and she doesn't have any experience of them, so had to turn it down. And not being a winter lover, CA would've been perfect.

Hanes Tanks are awesome for using as sleepwear. Nothing feels more comfortable on the body and a good night sleep is guarenteed .

Very happy with the mild projected for the forseeable future.

I'd like Christmas day to be 14c and sunny.

Good independence day. Sleet, rain and the usual darkness. The former president's wife got mugged yesterday and anarchists decided to riot. I'm drunk and following the festivities on TV.

YEAH, smash that window................... Brings your point forward.....

Yay still no snow. While places south and west of here get snow and all sorts of crazy weather, here we just get rain. I hope it keeps this way.

Well, that's about it. I would've enjoyed some good old rioting. Some patriotic speeches and the traditional independence ball. The anarchists smashed some shop windows and a few cops were injured. Only 22 people caught so far. We are just too introverted to even riot properly.

The anarchists and similar are morons, but good to shake up things a bit once in a while.

Let's play hockey:
