I am happy to have seen many fields of tasseling sweet corn yesterday. These warm days will soon have some of it on my plate.

I read that corn does its growing during the night...it can grow up to 4 and a half inces in 24 hours! If we made a movie, we could call it "The corn grows at Midnight"!
