89F inside actually feels qwuite cool and refreshing if it's 100 something outside, as I found out last summer.
Not to me. Unless I was to lay under the fan all day and not move. Maybe even with cold cloths on my face. Right now, I am sweltering and it is 83 in here.

89 definitely feels better than 100, but if I had just been outside where it was 100, I'd have a lot of trouble cooling down if it was 89 inside. Heck, I have trouble cooling down when it's 76 inside.
My June bill was $104. My inlaws have a 2000 sqft home and they are moving the thermostat all the time and their bills are usually 2 1/2 times higher than mine.
