The battle of hot & cold, humid & dry continues here in southern Ontario.
Today, we hit our daily high rather late, at only 7pm, reaching 78F, as the clouds finally cleared to make for a sunny evening. Humidity leapt up throughout the morning, from a dew point of 54F to a dew point of 70F. A couple days ago, the dew point was only 45F.
Tomorrow, it's possible the daily high will occur at 12am, as it should still be 70F then, with temps cooling to about 60F at 6am, and remaining around 60F all day before dropping further Sunday overnight into Monday, to a low of 50F Monday morning.
It's not been about 10 days since I watered my plant seedlings, since we've just been getting rain and clouds for so long that the soil remains moist, if not over-wet.
Temperatures just dropped in the 40s (49.8F). Will tonight be the last time until we get through mid-summer or will it happen again? We can often get a 1-2 month stretch of 50F+ temps in Jul-Aug but it depends on the year.
Unreal i am getting the first real rain for the month. Will need 4" to get to normal amount for the month.
How much did you get?
I ended up with 4.85" over the month of June, 1.10 of which came yesterday. That's about 2 inches less than the average June, hopefully we get a nice wet July, there's plenty of moisture in the Caribbean.

3.2" Sunday. So that bailed me out to get around normal rainfall for the month.
