Might have to check out some rivers around.

...Moderate to heavy rain Friday into Saturday...

.Temperatures are forecast to warm well into the 50s Friday. A
period of moderate to locally heavy rain will also move through
the area Friday into Saturday. Rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches
with locally higher amounts, are expected during this time. The
combination of melting snow and periods of rain should allow
rivers and streams to rise, breaking up the ice, and potentially
allowing ice jams to form. Rivers and streams could see sudden
rises in vicinity of these ice jams
.

PWAT values are very June like. Atmosphere loaded with tropical moisture.

From high ratio arctic blizzard snow to tropical connected rains. Gotta love it. #NotBoring

current snow depth. What will 1-2 inches of rain with 55°F temperatures do? Tomorrow in the mid 40s should warm up the snowpack, which is still well below freezing. Guessing only minor melt tomorrow

^Not sure if it will last down here; even if it does it should be much smaller by the end of this weekend.

Cambium posted an interesting article by Eric Fisher on the effects of high dews, fog, and humidity on snowpack: Ask Eric: Why Does Humid Air Melt Snow Faster? « CBS Boston

We took a big hit yesterday on ours. Dropped from 4 to 2". But hey, looks like the weekend storm COULD give us a big snow. NAM is saying 12-13" of snow, so here's hoping

With the warm temps aloft and the snowpack there should be some thick fog around. Maybe at night more?

Yeah, 1-3" of rain, fog, high dews, and 50s Don't blink, snowpack will disappear. lol

Not a juicy system so you'll have to hope you get some kind of banding to happen over you.
Hope you guys pick up on snow soon, still plenty of time..

NAM includes sleet so heads up but yeah, looks like you're in a good spot for some snow.

I like when you get cold shots, means the Jet is digging enough to get a storm to come up the coast. And that might happen Tuesday-Wednesday next week!
