Cool week in my neck of the woods, 10 degrees F below normal high today.

Out west much warmer. The same story all summer.

Very hot in southern Alberta today....

Current temps,

34C Lethbridge
35C Medicine Hat

SW Saskatchewan warm too...33C at Maple Creek.

Unfortunately a lot of smoke in the air from all those forest fires in BC.

Looks like a return to more normal temperatures next week. By "normal" it means 2-3F below average still, but no more high-50s/low-60s days like this week

Göle had a freeze at last. July and August (2 months) passed without a freeze.
