The track trending west is good news for us Georgians, especially those near the coast. It's now much less of a threat if it has to crawl up the entire spine of Florida to reach here.

Andrew was a tiny storm. You could literally drive 100 miles north to West Palm Beach and not see much action. All the destruction was confined to Miami Dade County.
NWS for western Maine and New Hampshire calls highs in the mid 60s "chilly"; below average but not unusual for now, guess it's because it's cold compared to summer.
