Philadelphia had a warmer low than Savannah did this morning. The north Atlantic states really got screwed with the cold blasts this month.

Kartalkaya Ski Resort had a low of -11.1℃ today, which is in Bolu Province.

Eastern Turkey is warmer these days.

Göle had a low of -6.2℃.

Ardahan had a low of -2.4℃.

Göle always has colder lows than Ardahan. That doesn't change. Göle is always colder than Ardahan.
