Snow here today, about 3-4 inches already.

I figure we will have snow on the ground from today till mid April.

I hope we get a cold snowy winter though for certain reasons.

Been watching. Was wondering what it looked like there.

Here's a loop last 4 hrs. 9:50am-1:50pmCST

  • Light rain around San Fran
  • Thunderstorms Indiana & Michigan
  • Snow close to Seattle again
  • Snowstorm ND, MN and into Canada

Note the icon turns darker blue over Winnipeg past hour. Moderate snow there now. Heavy snow is even darker blue.

Lastly, storm reports are shown as well. I see a lot of 2-4" snowfalls in ID, MT, ND, MN and 7-12" for higher elevations of Idaho.

Who doesn't love weather!? There's always something going on somewhere!

İzmit and İzmir are different places. İzmit is provincial capital of Kocaeli Province.

Wow, snow in Winnipeg Manitoba, I wonder how this snow compares to average........when does Winnipeg usually get their first snowfall of the season??, also, when does Winnipeg typically see their last snow of the winter season.

I don't like the climate of İzmit.

There is "kartepe ski resort", which is 25 km away from the city center of İzmit. The weather is better there.

Snow thickness was 250 cm in January 2017. Since the city center of İzmit is very close to the ski resort, you can at least go to the ski resort in winter and see a lot of snow.
