I hope you have been enjoying this late season heat, because in light of a couple of volcanic eruptions, I suspect that this upcoming winter will be a bit much, even for you
Upstate deserves it, their summers suck compared to ours (IMO).
No they really do lol. I believe at BGM this is the hottest part of the year since that freak wave in June. I dont think either July or August reached 86F...
I should of known the last day would be the worst. It's wicked outside. Before I looked at any numbers I was thinking maybe I just had enough of it?
Nope......
Check out the 2pm dew points outside. WTF!?
Usually right before a front moves in we get high humidity but we also have Hurricane Maria spinning off the coast.
70s!
Temps "only" in the 80s. 70s for immediate shoreline.
I knew it! This morning's dewpoint was 68° over Long Island. Look where it stands next to records. "near the top". Then look at what the record is. 72.68. So we are at record humidity levels for end of September.
ChicagoGeorge's temp has dropped during the day from 70s this morning to 60s this afternoon..
Move out of the way Maria!!
