Storms riding the Jet and just keep rotating around the trough which we are in. Cool, cloudy, rainy. Just imagine this pattern in winter where its below freezing inside the trough.

Dew point up to 77 F three hours after being 59 F in late afternoon. Temp down to 84 F from 95 F due to the thunderstorm.

Zoomed in shows more low-mid 80s in Canada there. Couple of 87°!. Crazy

I believe fire hazard has increased substantially for them.

High was 92 F today with a maximum heat index of 100 F. Hello, summer.




Though the low Friday night is predicted at 61 F per WU and 63 F per the NWS.

I imagine these are the last throws of tolerable weather in South Florida before summer kicks into full gear.

Meanwhile here we're stuck under clouds, drizzle, and highs in the 50s.
