It got up to 83 today, from a low of 42. Usually, April has days with the greatest diurnal range. The only time we get greater ranges is when powerful fronts pass through in winter.
Even though the dew point is only 40, it still feels hot in the sun.

Nice warm afternoon. Low humidity though, you know it's not summer yet

Speaking of snow... Maybe some flakes for me coming? Euro is onto it.

I had no tree damage at my house, but we must have been a bit warmer in the city compared to suburbs. We had a lot of rain, or snow that didn't stick. It was typically 34 to 36 degrees while snowing (must be the altitude??) so it didn't stick to the pavement where I live. However, I work 20 miles to the south at higher elevation and it did snow a LOT there (at least 15 or more inches), and people at work who live in suburban areas were talking about the tree damage being extensive.

Snow in April isn't odd in Denver, but so much snow in April is odd. There were areas in the foothills that had 40 - 50", so I heard And that's heavy, wet snow!!

I've read that these very heavy Spring snows are much more common in Denver during El Nino conditions.

Looks like the high today maxed out at 82 F/28 C. Still 78 F/26 C at 7:30PM. Bone dry with a dewpoint of 27 F/-3 C. Low this morning was 36 F/2 C.

Thankfully it looks like this is the last 80 F+ day in the forecast.

Seattle broke the record for hottest day in April today, currently it's 88F at seatac. The privious record was 85F. We also are projected to break the most consecutive days of +80F, the current record is 2 days, yesterday was 80F today is 88F, tomorrow is projected to be 82F, and Wednesday is supposed to be 81F, so we might get 4 days. The average high for April is 58.5F

Yeah the huge dirunal ranges look to stop with lows in the mid to upper 50s thankfully. The weather is beautiful, did not feel like 84 at all with the super low humidity ,so this is what LA feels like in the summer . Doesn't feel to bad although the dryness can become annoying, especially on my skin.

One more nasty day in the 80s tomorrow and then hopefully 70s or lower for highs after that. I can't stand 85F+ temperatures in April, one reason I have no desire to stay at such a low latitude for a long period of time again.
