This would be a type of Pattern that would say snow is not done. All that green inside the trough is snow/snow showers.
That blue is intense and warm rains.
And as that trough moves east with the amount of moisture shown, the Appalacians and mountains in New England will see some hammer time heavy snows. Even North Carolina
GFS00z for Friday April 1st. (Yes Nei, that trough moves East and we are inside it after this)
And then GFS has a snowstorm for New England April 4th. Oh boy, here we go again. lol
Interesting. Frost to Fire? That sounds unusual because you need some ground moisture, cold & no wind for frost and little humidity, warm with wind for fire. Interesting switch! Let us know if you get either or happening around
