I don't know about 2012. That March was dry here. We are expecting a big corridor of rain next week

Showery weather over most of France today. I checked Orly's obs, it went from 11.3°C/52°F and raining at 3 pm to 1.9°C/35°F and snowing at 5 pm. It's 17.4°C/64°F in Cannes in the meantime.
