If GA was cold in September, you're growing season would be less than 3 months long.

Pickle Lake is a few hundred northwest of Thunder Bay;
a place that already has a bleak, very-severe winter.

It averages -11, -14 and -13 C for highs, which is like 7 to 13 F for the high. Record low is somewhere around -60 F.
It's actually colder than Ft. McMurray, even though Pickle Lake is father south.

Average annual high is 5.3 C and average low is -6 C which means there's permafrost.

hey thanks for all that, don't want to live there, just curious

well, it's my first day here in South FL, it's HOT and VERY,VERY humid......88 with a heat index of 100, well this is my new home. spent all day unloading the moving truck in this heat and humidity, and I'm BEAT right now

yea, if you see it's January and it's 83 degrees, i'm definitely not in GA, if you ever come to Ft.Lauderdale make a stop in Pembroke Pines, FL. That's where I live, you'll be welcome here in my home(well, my parents don't know ya, but you'll feel welcome by me!!)
