Interesting story, and it reminds me of what I think of Canada. (opposite reasons of course)

Today it was 85 F outside, milky skies, dewpoint near 70 F, had some t-storms.
I wore long pants, a t-shirt, navy-coloured coveralls" that cover my street clothes head to toe, work boots, hard hat, and work gloves.
I was not hot wearing all those layers (a bit thristy, yes) and the heat index was at minimum 95 F.

I don't care if I'm sticky from the heat, I just hate being cold.

I have not felt hot outside once this year, even working one day in a heat index of 105 F wearing all those work clothes.

Right now it's supposedly 72, although it's projected to reach 90 today.

It's a beautiful 60 degrees this morning and we're heading for the low 80s. Finally, another day of summer. The winds are even calm right now.

Yesterday we hit 76 degrees and the avg. high is now 81 so we're getting close.
