it's the exact same thing here in GA, but the complete opposite, all they do is b*tch about how cold it is in winter; and they were actually complaining when we got snow in January; most people were actually happy and excited to see it!! There is this one lady that the only thing she can say is "everybody needs a warm up" it's like WTF?!?!!?!!?!?! we are warm 8 months of the year, why do you b*tch about winter?!?!!?!?!!? they seriously get on my nerves. there's even this one guy who said "today feels like summer, i think is speak for everyone when i say FINALLY!!" i was like, WTF?!?!!? not even half the people here want it to be summer here, most actually like spring. you know smog season began in Atlanta on May 1 and ends on September 30, you know what season is that: SUMMER!!! that's right the worst air quality in the year is during summer!!!
Well in LA, if lows go into the 40's, it's chilly. If highs are in the low to mid 60's, it's very cold. If highs are in or above the 80's, it's a heatwave. F*** YOU NEWS!!!!!! Not everyone likes 70's. It's so damn boring.
Just got back from Paramount Studios (Hollywood/Hancock Park) to see a movie with my mom. (She's in "the industry"). It was 97* and everyone, including my mom, was making fun of me because I was enjoying the heat. We get back to LAX and it's 80* and my mom is all excited, while I'm upset.
