Well we didn't get the 12-18" they were calling for, but close. It is windy as can be today though. We did break the season record for snowfall last night though with 181.9". Just watched the Weather Channel and they are going to have a spot on about Caribou in a few minutes. I just wonder why we couldn't swing a tv spot for unusually low snowfall and warm temps for once.

It is 21 with 23 MPH winds (gusts to 30) and a windchill of 5. Wind is supposed to get stronger as the day goes on though with gusts over 50 MPH.

39F here in NYC. Its nice, not as windy as yesterday.

But its boring, I want extreme weather. I want blizzard, thunderstorms, pouring rain.

I cant wait till I go to college and get to pick where I want to live anywhere in the US. Midwest seems to have the weather I like.

Ask Rance or Warptmann on the Alaska forum but it sounds like you need to find a school in Barrow or Bethel.

ASPilottobe (or something similar) I think goes to school in Russia and lives in Haines, AK. He's posted some AWESOME pictures. Check the Alaska forum. You'll love it.

Alaska is beautiful and all, but way to isolated. Im thinking more Midwest.

Midwest has:

Thunderstorms- Spring
Blizzards- Winter
Scorching- Summers
Beautiful - Fall

That seems like my kinda weather. But hey I am just a 16 year old dreamer.

Northern Michigan University in Marquette, MI. Snowfall amounts that can be huge, right on Lake Superior so it is beautiful country. Awesome University and very nice town in a unique and beautiful area that gets ALL the seasons.
