Wow! I wonder if it will get lower than that before midnight. Miami hasn't officially had a low of 84F since 1993.

MIA's morning low was 83F officially. Indeed insane; if I remember correctly, the all-time max low is 84F, achieved on several occasions(?)

At HWO (the station a lot closer to my house) didn't drop below 84 F last night:

National Weather Service : Observed Weather for past 3 Days : Hollywood, North Perry Airport

Look at the heat index of 97 F in the middle of the night. When I was outside smoking a joint last night at around 12-1 AM it was unbearable.

And almost more impressive is that it happened in early June instead of early August when nights average their warmest.

Impressively mugy there! Though actually I thought the all-time max low was higher in Miami. It's lower than NYC, I guess Miami's low latitude prevents 30°C+ mins.

Here the dew point is slowly picking up. It's hovering around 63-64°F atm. Slightly more humid up north with dew points breaking the 20°C mark in several spots. What's going on in London?!

Probably an error; LCY currently has a dewpoint of 11c, though Heathrow's is only 5c.

Yeah I'm thinking the 0°C might be an error, but all the other stations around are in the single digits. Strange considering everywhere around is more humid.

Yeah, I think the low latitude and stability during summer keeps our overnight lows from being above 81-82 F too often. I believe our warmest low is like 85 F. I think Miami Beach has recorded 87 F as a low though.

BTW, our 84 F low didn't hold up because it's now 82 F. It got down to 81 F a couple of hours ago. 82 F with a 72 F dew point feels like heaven compared to 85 F with a 78 F dew point lol.

I felt that exact condition in Daytona Beach on the morning of August 18, 2014. That's the last time I experienced a 78F dewpoint at all, actually. Each of the past 3 years Lexington has had a maximum dewpoint of 77F, but it doesn't seem to go over that too often.

Btw the warmest low ever recorded in Lexington is 83F. That was all the way back in 1874.
