Yeah, and the last 2 times were observed for just 1 hour before falling again.

Saw but didnt think about the hazard. Brings up a great point for the drought areas around here and Fall coming. Dry, windy days warm days.

Trying to think back if I've ever experienced conditions that dry. Probably the lowest I've felt is around 15%. The west can keep it.

Dewpoints along the west coast north of southern California are higher than usual. Think north of Santa Barbara or so, dewpoints in the 60s are rare. Interestingly how the humidity is so confined to the coast there.

Yeah, looks above normal in Washington and Oregon..
Looks normal for those couple spots for CA coast but I see this site has it in the 50s. You would know if this map is off or not for the West coast. Im not familiar.
