When will they leave? At least it looks like dew points in the 70s are going away — for that day.

It's not often you see lower dew points in Louisana than Massachusetts.

GFS12z for Hartford says mid month around July 13th and 14th but then looks like it goes right back up. But thats long range still. So bottom line it looks like its staying until at least mid month. I dont expect them to be in the 50s anytime soon.

EDIT: Whoops, that says 850mb dewpoints. Not sure why it changed..., hang on

Edit Edit... Ahhh, I see, the Farenheight conversion data has the surface dewpoints and it only goes to the 10th. Shows 70s and 60s surface dewpoints. Still. Yeah, I think we're going to mid month with it

Dew point of 70°F/21°C here at Harrisburg Capital City Airport according to NWS with an air temp of 84°F/29°C. I don't mind the temp at all, but it's crazy humid outside compare it to Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport near San Juan, PR current conditions there are 82°F/28°C with a dew point of 74°F/23°C.

Cambium, yep definitely felt tropical today huh? Especially where you are at since your dew points seem like they are always higher than mine. Sure wish I was in the Plains right now

It's nice while it lasts, tomorrow our dewpoint will be up to 20c.

I start to feel the humidity when it reaches around 18c

I could only dream of 15 C dewpoints. My appreciation for cooler and dryer weather will be so great when it does return.
