France could have much higher temperatures for its warmest climates if the tropical DOM/TOMS are included, same thing goes for the US/Guam. But I guess we're restricting this to "mainland" territories for this thread.

Yeah I'd say Magilligan is at least -10C as a high in winter.

Well yea without a doubt the hills will have 0-2c maxes but as per usual there are no stations there. Maybe they have an alphine climate? Idk

But again: Does anyone know why i can't edit my first post in this thread? I can't add the new data...

Ah, yes, sorry.

Highest annual warmest month:
Helsinki Kaisaniemi 17.8C (UHI effect)
Helsinki Airport 17.7C (no UHI)
Warmest rural: Kouvola Utti: 17.6C

Lowest annual warmest month:
Kilpisjärvi 11.2C

Highest annual coldest month:
Utö: -2.2C

Lowest annual coldest month:
Muonio: -14.2C
