This has been done before, just so you know.

coldest and warmest temperatures you've experienced?
Coldest Temperature You Have Ever Experienced?
What is the coldest weather you've been in and where?
what is the coldest temeprature you have ever been in?
Extremes of weather you've experienced

For that past 5 or so years since I started paying some attention to weather:

40C and around -30C. For extended periods, like more than an hour, 38-39C and about -25 to -26C, I remember walking around and getting warm enough to unzip my coat.

With heat index/wind chill probably 45 and -35 though I'm not sure.
