Warmest I was outside was 40.2℃ in İzmit (20th September 2017).
Coldest I was outside was when I went to the highest elevated part of Kartalkaya Ski Resort (2200 metres) in winter but I didn't know the temperature when I was there. So I don't know. It wasn't warmer than -5℃ for sure. I experience -2℃ being outside in İzmit every winter. I felt different in Kartalkaya (Colder). It was a different kind of cold. -2℃ doesn't feel much cold. I felt the cold in Kartalkaya (At the elevation of 2200 metres) but I enjoyed it.
