If it's the summer or fall and I'm not moving much (ie not a rock concert), around 71-75F.

If it's the spring, I'll have been waiting a long time to ditch pants and sweaters so maybe mid 60s. Mid 60s in shorts and t-shirt still wouldn't be unconfortable for me, but I might be even more comfortable in pants. If I'm more active or outside for shorter periods of time though, I would be fine at much lower temperatures. Like a couple days ago I went outside in 40F (calm and cloudy) in pants and t-shirt to grab something to eat, I was only outside for a couple minutes and felt refreshed, but definitely not cold. If I wasn't walking at a brisk pace, or if I was outside a bit longer though, I would start feeling cold. Also, I don't feel cold if I'm wearing shorts, especially since I'm a guy so my shorts go down to my knees. It mostly depends on my top.

Somewhere in the upper 70s is probably my cutoff. I could do lower 70s, but it would be a bit chilly maybe. Generally I only wear shorts if the forecast high is 80F or above.

I chose 76-80. I could probably get by in the 71-75 range, but 76-80 is the range where the thought of going inside or putting pants on would absolutely never cross my mind. If the temperature gets down to 71, I wouldn't run indoors or ask for a jacket, but I might say something like "Man, it's gotten a little cool after the sun went down."

Cool poll. Missed this one.

61-65 is fine for me because usually I'm active outside.

But for summertime without sun I'd pick 65-70 .

For our area depends on the time of year. Coming out of winter, say March or April and it hits say mid 70'sF (24C) lots of tshirts and shorts. Mid 70's windy and cloudy in July/Aug and you will see jackets and long pants. 20C in June July and August and most of Sept and you will see jackets for sure around here.
