61-65F, I'm still in shorts and a t-shirt for most of the winter here I just wear a jacket when it's windier or once the temperature drops overnight.

76-80 F if I was sitting in a covered amphitheater for 2 hours. For shorter bouts and if I was active, 61-65 F easily.

Depends on the humidity. With fairly high humidity, I'd say probably 60F. With dry air, maybe 40F

Oh yeah and I should probably add that when doing things like playing sports outside, I normally wear shorts when doing so unless it's below 50 or 55 with wind.

Anything under 72 to me is chilly. It has to be at least 80 before I'd think of wearing shorts. I probably won't dig them out until it hits 90.

22ºC so 71ºF to 75
I have seen british tourists in shirts and shorts with less than 15ºC and cloudy weather
