I wore short and t-shirts comfortably every morning to go to school in Singapore for one semester starting in Jan, when average low is about 74°F. The lowest temp I have ever experienced there was about 71°F and I was still wearing t-shirt and shorts (though that particular morning was windy and wet and felt slightly chilly), but either way, I'll pick 71-75°F for a humid climate like Singapore, 76°F-80°F otherwise (in Nice 75°F would be about mid-June, when I'd still be wearing jeans I guess).
Someone told me that Singaporeans actually wear jackets and are visibly uncomfortable from being cold at 70 F...is that true?
What temperature can you comfortably wear shorts and a T without any sun (either cloudy day or you're in a covered area)? There is no wind at all. Let's say you're outside for 2 hours to watch a concert in a covered amphitheater.
Depends on the humidity. With fairly high humidity, I'd say probably 60F. With dry air, maybe 40F
Oh yeah and I should probably add that when doing things like playing sports outside, I normally wear shorts when doing so unless it's below 50 or 55 with wind.
Not me I won't be down to shirts an shorts until it's over 30°C.
