I give it a 7 for the aforementioned interesting weather phenomena.

Pretty average September, I give it a 6 because of the excessive cloudy/rainy days in the last 1.5/2 weeks of the month, if it ended on a nicer (sunnier) note it probably would've received an 8.

Even during record mild winters, your area still manages to be colder than NYC's long-term averages. Quite close to nei's climate actually. I like it.
